I doubt a reverse split would be needed .....

I saw the move of increasing AS to 30 BILLION plus as a defensive measure to protect the Corporation from a hostile takeover by interests accumulating massive share holdings when the share price was at rock bottom .....

An important question would be ..... What is the float ? .... And how many shares does Bud Genius control ? ..... I do not believe claims of alleged dilution against shareholder interest to be valid ..... since that particular move would tend to undermine faith in the business model across the board ..... and frankly it would not be needed as long as Bud Genius retained "Major" controlling interest ..... along with an edge to survive .....

I like the fact that Bud Genius has an apparent connection with MYDX ..... and alleged to be holding an amount of MYDX shares which now become an asset of the corporation ..... Once again ..... do not minimize the value of playing a .... "very tight and close to the chest hand" ..... as long as the climate for cannabis remains hostile with "little A.G. Sessions" sitting on an apparent throne of unlimited and unrestrained power ..... while D.J.T. behaves like he has no viable role in the unfolding cannabis-hemp dilemma ...... though one may find good cause to speculate ..... did D.J.T make bank shorting the Cannabis sector Jaunary 4 along with numerous billionaire and millionaire friends who purportedly own or control hedge funds ? ..... Significant temptation to profit "blowing freely" in the wind !!! .....
