The (updated 1/8//2017) compelling bullet point case for Pure SunFarms(Emerald Health and Village Farms.)

See slides 18-21 for Village Farms/Emerald.

http://villagefarms.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/VFF-Presentation-December-4-for-Web-Site.pdf

-The average market cap of Canopy, Aurora, and Aphria is around $5.7B
-The combined market cap of Village and Emerald(Pure Sun Farms) is about $1B.

You could easily argue the combined market cap of Pure Sun Farms needs to rise by 500-600% to be more in line with the valuations of producers they will soon be neck and neck with in production. In fact, they may surpass them in 2020-2022 with Delta 2 and Delta 1. Aurora and Canopy can buy a lot of square footage, but the cost to manage, and spread out expertise won't be easy.

Aphria is the smallest of the three at $3.3B. Representing over a 200% rise if Pure Sunfarms is to be equal to them, as I think you can easily argue they are.

Emerald has how many more square footage of grow space that is outside the Pure Sunfarms umbrella?
