My point is that the discount will not drum up much interest. The offer means they need money... so expect an upcoming cap raise which will suppress the price. We may see 6s before we see 9s. If they really wanted to limit the amount of cash needed they should have offered a steeper discount than 16%. The investors who bought the warrants in the secondary mkt did so for leveraging reasons and have little interest in ponying up money to Exercise the warrants at this point. Just my opinion
