Why throw out an article about a company promoting an NI 43-101 when it didn't file it and confuse it with Mexus? Your approach is disingenuous. Maybe PT is angling for a dual listing. Maybe he is anticipating the SEC changing its standards as it announced. In any case, he certainly wouldn't be the first US company to file an NI 43-101. Here is a link to an NI 43-101 by a US mining company.

I thought my point was quite clear. US-traded companies cannot promote themselves using a report standard and process applicable to Canadian-traded companies. Regardless of where their "mine" is.

And of course, Mexus has no ties to that other company....but, did you see the warning to investors that the BCSC issued?

Mexus could have avoided the perception of ignorance, by simply stating that they will be doing a mineral assessment report. Why throw that 43-101 thing in there?
