"I wonder why OPKO hasn't announced that they were going to be there? They have been there every year until now."

Is there big players pushing the stock down hoping to pick up Opko on the cheap in the near future? I know earnings are in the garbage but Frost has accumulated some valuable pieces, plus OPKO is based in Ireland which would be a MAJOR advantage to one of the US based big Pharma's, would it not.

Does anyone here think Frost and company have enough shares to block a hostile takeover?
