Nope. OTC markets says O/S is 114 MIL as of 11/15

AS is 261 MIL as of 11/15.

May not be right, but the last time it ran in spring of last year the volume wasn't that explosive. There may not have been much diluting.

If they release a PR and try to get current this thing could explode.
