That's called at T-trade. It happens during intraday trading, but market makers do not have to post it until after market close. It doesn't affect the final price for the day. They are simply required to post that trade at some point, so you will see these trades occasionally appearing as if they are after-hours trades. There are no after-hours trades in the OTC, however.
