I was watching the stock for about a year and cost averaged in over a few buys at 1.10 early 2017.... I do like the science, they are debt free, own their own production facility, and have had positive results in several of their trials.... BTW trying to time buying in on an R&D stock is very difficult and involves luck as well.... your friend Blue obviously thought he was going to get a 10 bagger in 3 months, which is incredibly rare and incredibly lucky when it does happen, it's obvious his investing patience is very short which I call trading, not investing....
