Metaphor is wholly owned because it was created by Troy/SNMN...the million dollars is the amount that was to be put into it if the RegA was fully funded. There's obviously some amount of funding going into it now, if he's promoting artists...how much...? who knows.

Troy has never released an 8K...as far as I know...it's not mandated by his filing status on OTC. I believe this is the first formal PR for Metaphor...I think all other references to it have been from tweets.
