Typically on these high volume volatile days, ARCA will run top ask, jumping entire levels when forcing price down. If ARCA is top ask it typically means price is going down. Once ARCA drops off, usually means price will bounce. This is by no means 100% but have been trading these swings since 2013 here and this has been the case pretty frequently.
