Also it appears to be a merger taking place where share holders of CBRI will be receiving one of the payouts or a combination of the payouts as follows:
1)Holders will receive USD 0.75 for each 1 share held.
2)Holders will receive USD 0.75 worth of stock of the new company for each 1 share held.
3)Holders will receive USD 0.75 worth of Ameri 9% Series A Preferred Stock for each 1 share held.
4)Holders will receive a combination of cash and stock.
I am not showing a firm date of when the merger of AMERI Holdings INC and CBRI will be complete or perhaps any firm information on which choice will be made in regards to a payout for your current shares.
