Yeah, when I had my Lincoln, I could set the auto cruise and it took care of the rest. With my Lexus, every 20 seconds (yes, I've timed it), it starts beeping for me to put my hands back on the wheel. Terrible system. Every time I complain to Lexus about their vehicle features they tell me, Lexus determined you didn't need that feature". I'll never own another.
I considered a Kia K900 for the spousal, however, with their system, if the car gets just the slight bit off center, it starts beeping like mad. You don't even have to get out of the lane, just off center
