The property acquisition deal is posted. If you are going to be in lithium in Canada Quebec's definitely the place to be so this does look very interesting. Good postcode at least.

Looks like the new president negotiated and was given a lot of stock with 60m restricted shares at a nickel. I guess that's a good thing when the president owns a lot of stock as it means he's really motivated to make the company work and share price move up. He now owns 98% of the company. What does restricted mean? Restricted from selling? I hope so ;)

Nobody seems to want to sell below 99. As long as sellers are getting their 99 cent bids filled then I don't see a reason for them to lower it. The ask has creeped up a bit from 10 to 12 cents. That's my hesitation here. If I buy at 99 and had to sell immediately for what ever reason i'd have to take a big haircut.

But again bid are creeping up while current asks are getting filled. I wouldn't be surprised to wake up one day and see all of the 99 cent stock has been bought and the bid has creeped up to 50 cents or something.
