Mind, it is well described how the current situation is, what the OTC also has against it that a lot of money has flowed to the BTC and crypto currencys, otherwise TXHE had already made a run on news from last year. Many small otc stock also make no run even with more and better news. The better stocks with real revenue there are results, so as soon as there is a view on real turnover there will be a run i think.
