Probably close if not totally accurate. I suspect it is wet shady but at least marginally legal I believe Ronin is in on it and Xencor may be also. Ronin resign his BOD seat in Xencor but bought more shares. He pressured the BOD of pphm out with only 9% of the shares. Then he step away. He conveniently has given the appearance he has no direct control of Xencor or pphm. I am not convinced.

IMO a heist is in progress.
