I am pretty sure that most investors have now realized that a cash buyout at a premium was never in the cards...

Now it doesn't look like there is even a buyout option short of waiting for them to go dark and private and hoping that InWith raises some funds to even make a cash buyout possible...

Something I very much doubt is even a possibility!

Waiting for a proxy to confirm this could lead to a disaster as the mail service will not provide and even playfield... some folks will know the details days earlier than others!
