What if anything does this purchase say about the rumor of potential buyout or ?

As a investor I looked at Corti Drugs as a HUGE potential jump from 200 Mil sales Co to several hundred million , in short term, IMO this purchase signals 2 me back 2 slow growth or a Asset grab to accelerate / benefit other assets ANI has or ? Hopefully it's the latter.

JMHO
