I know little about MGC Pharmaceuticals, though. Just a limited participation with this. But I have another company in which I am 'invested' in,much more.
It's my curiosity and speculative nature. Used to be a high roller in the casino 'gaming' for decades in bj only. It offered a real challenge and required self-control and patience, in addition to skills and detecting the times of lucky streaks and going big. That kind of challenge makes me come alive, lol.
This is an interesting sector that could grow over time.
I understand it will be facing many challenges from a social, legal, cultural, and business perspective. Many countries and cultures are formally against it. Yet the forces of human addiction and speculative fervor are too strong for many folks.
It's an exciting sector.
Think of the 'evolution' of the alcoholic beverage industry and its growth and social acceptance in the early part of the twentieth century. The Prohibition here in the USA and how things had to change... when the black markets grew huge over time sucking financial resources from nations away from revenues and taxes. At this time, the need to come up with an appropriate defined legal parameters introducing taxation seem timely. Time has come for for a workable resolution. The narcotic market has become too large and users are around the world... Furthermore, globalism is a fact and reality of our times. A situation too big just to 'shove this matter under the carpet'. I think, right ahead, interesting political and business activity and developments, imo.
