One of the things that is affecting BAC's share price is the shares outstanding of 11B plus. C did a 10/1 R/S to bring their number down to 2B.

Both had to issue a ton of shares when the bottom fell out.

For some reason BAC is hesitant to do an R/S. Not to say though that isn't in the future for them.

WFC has 4B plus out.
