All I know is ---

The oi2 road show deck was strikingly similar to vivas business plan down to Luis Guzman being included, and near term goals about M&A... which people thought maybe that meant acquiring us... but since its also our stated goal, could be restating the same goal from the same perspective

And then we outlined our business plan in this prospectus more clearly, and it was even more strikingly similar, using the term oi2 for ourselves.

And some individuals appear desperate to make sure we sell today, every day.


My preliminary guesses -
- ignition is short term seed money, to put the pieces of the puzzle together which will become the oi2go company which will have its IPO.
- Or they had the road show, and the deal that came out of it ended up being this private VC deal between ignition and ottv.
