6. Going through months of back and forth with FINRA (for name/symbol change)
7. Obtaining FINRA approval and listing of new Name/Symbol Change (Oct. 24th)
8. Subsequent Wyoming Secretary of State Filing of Articles showing ZJMY fully brought into JB&ZJMY Holding Company, Inc on November 3rd (One week after FINRA approval of name/symbol change)
9. Many people have visited with the company at the Beijing Showroom (and they have photo's and videos of "Z" Zhong Ji Ming Yang badged vehicles). Other investors have called the company and spoken to representatives and actually have those calls recorded.....
10. That floridany actually met Mr. Wang, Ms. Huang Hua, and Mr. Han Zhiming and also visited Beijing showroom and got a photo in the New V9

Or, you just think the entire thing is a scam and that all of the hundreds of photo's and the many video's are all photo-shopped images to perpetrate an OTC scam (perpetrated by the shareholder's themselves).

I'm placing my money on the 10 facts I know of above.
