That is a fee that is paid to the underwriter that brings this deal to the PRIVATE COMPANY called Access Power http://www.access-power.com . They are private right now. They chose my website, and not the other domain where the JEWISH MONEY criminals lived. They chose my website.

http://www.access-power.com - and I own 25% of the common stock of a Florida corporation that bears the same name. Where is the legal opinion from the TAX ATTORNEY that the Florida tax laws will be advantageous to the company? Do they even care about FL corporate laws?

I think it is time to UNFOLD ACCR in 2018 - show the world what this stock is capable of. This is a good stock symbol.

It has good energy - I don't know why it is in the dark greys. They could have REVERSE SPLIT this shell into oblivion. The old funders and the pathetic attempts to GARBAGE SELL .001s stock to the public in 2007.....for some reason ACCR is still alive in the greys.

I tried to clean this up....and I am 100% sure that the capital structure of ACCR cannot change without my 25% voting.

ACCR has good energy. But for some reason, this little fella kept on fighting, and it is still alive today. ACCR is alive. QUIETLY just sitting there.......waiting until the FUNDERs decide to take this off the shelf, and dust off the shell, and give it a good kick in the you know what....and scream, "YEE-HAW!!!!!"

BUT for the RIGHT reasons,,,,,and not for the WRONG REASONs.
