Life is not FAIR, so I guess that why the SEC let's my cross trade.

The fact that someone could in theory buy 149,144,121 shares of this defunct shell for .000001 - well, it just makes me sick.

WAIT - HOLD THE PHONE, SCRATCH THAT!!!

You can only buy 149,144,121 - 35,000,000 shares = 114,144,121

That is all that shares out there - 114,144,121 - so that is it - FIGHT FOR THEM AMONGST YOURSELVES.

I lost over $250,000 in this stock buying in front of the NAKED SHORT SELLING. Yes, I believe in Capitalism, but to buy the shell for $149.00 and sell it years or decades later, for millions well, my thoughts are this is the system. Just like when I worked on the NYSE, and had a $100,000,000 buy or sell order to buy stock, the specialist, and all the traders on the floor that would find out would FRONT RUN the order, and if you were buying stock, they would raise the ASK, to fill the order.

Bunch of crooks.

Or, when some attorney in Mexico involved in a deal, tells someone in the US that they are buying CompUSA, and then that certain someone buys all the CompUSA stock they can afford, and then tells a bunch of other people too EXCEPT ME, before the Carlos Slim group in Mexico makes a tender offer for the company.

Or, when someone gives a bottle of $1,000 scotch to an ADR sponsor, and they lower the fees they charge to convert ordinary shares to ADRs.....LOL.

Well, I got some news for you.....this ain't about the money to me. ACCR is a good shell.

ACCR deserves a 2nd chance.
anyways, I only have 1,100 shares that are TRADEABLE of the 35,000,000 shares, so if this get's to $1 on this deal, well.....I will have some stock to churn on the way up. 1,100 shares is a lot of stock in this shell.....LOL.
