I'm sure The SEC had several comments about this proxy. It was comical.Upon further review we decided Carmelo is still playing for the Knicks. Upon further review World War II didn't happen. Because we threw Stan out illegally almost a year ago he's still on the board. What? Doesn't Stan get to say something about that? The past nine months didn't happen? I guess you can change history with a stroke of a pen. Someone lives in a dreamworld. Has anyone voted for this current board? Please speak up.
