As I understand it, CRCW is a significant RMRK creditor, and so, apparently, could control the shell. But since both are public OTC companies, any contemplated merger would have to by run by FINRA for processing. Given the suspension of CRCW, FINRA could, if it saw fit, refuse to process the merger.
