same thing happened on this stock CSHD on the otcbb it went from .04 cents to 4.00 dollars all of a sudden TD/Ameritrade wasnt taking buy orders they found out they were massivly short on that stock and the company is pursuing legal actions.... scottrade interesting HMMMMM
