BTW-I have also been told that they expect either one of the two loans or a pre-purchase to come through before meeting. They are working on all three. In the unlikely event that one of the three doesn't they do have short term lenders that could provide a non-dilutive bridge loan until they get approved.
One thing seems certain and that is that they have not been denied any of the loans at this point unless they are flat out lying which I doubt.
It seems the UPS Capital loan has not gone before its underwriter yet. Its underwriter is the U.S. Import Export bank.
