No dilution in over 2 years. They have no intention of diluting at this point. The company, which was trading around 80 cents in 2013, is currently trading under 1 cent. After some hiccups in 2014 they have bounced back in the past year and are now working with gov agencies and posting massive daily sales for a sub-penny stock. They have no need to dilute, they have sales in excess of $20k per day. The only thing holding it down is it is not current..........yet.
