Yes it is... again another fact that you will see if Sheppard ever puts out another filing what the current OS is...

You are using 3 month old information for this conclusion and you are even spinning that info as of October 2 the OS was a little over 3,900,009 shares or say 4,000,000...

But it’s well over that now and growing daily.,.
