On one hand you have people pumping a stock up (You can't lose; this is a no brainer) and on the other hand you have people bashing a stock (This stock is a pump and dump; it's a total fraud) .... On November 2, 2017, Norris R. Harris, STSC's controlling shareholder, sold and assigned all 100 shares of Series A Preferred Stock (the “Control Stock”) of Start Scientific, Inc. (the “Company”) to OmniElite Holdings LLC (“OmniElite”), and OmniElite’s controlling shareholder STEVEN LAWRENCE BRICKNER for $35,000. The Control Stock is not convertible into common stock but collectively hold 1,000,000,000 voting rights, which amount represents 75.60% of the vote. The Control Stock is entitled to vote together with holders of common stock on all such matters upon which common stockholders may vote. As a result, Mr. Brickner and OmniElite now hold a controlling beneficial interest in the Company and may unilaterally determine the election of the Board and other substantive matters requiring approval of the Company’s stockholders.

an inactive company used as a vehicle for various financial maneuvers or kept dormant for future use in some other capacity.

Why did OmniElite Holdings LLC acquire such a large stake in a company who's stock price is worth virtually nothing ?

Does OmniElite want to execute a REVERSE MERGER ?

What's a REVERSE MERGER ?
Definition: A reverse takeover or reverse merger takeover (reverse IPO) is the acquisition of a public company by a private company so that the private company can bypass the lengthy and complex process of going public. The transaction typically requires reorganization of capitalization of the acquiring company.

This could provide a fast vehicle for OEH to have access to the public financial markets. This thrusting of OEH into the limelight could prove to be a very beneficial corporate move. Investors would have a lot to gain from such a move. This is speculative and forward looking in nature, but OEH seems to be on the right path through their recent fillings.
