Actually Veal is quite clear about that.

As clear as bug guts on a windshield.

4. If we are successful in creating the Delaware Corp, do the ICO and acquire the HJOE shell - will the current HJOE shareholders still have all their shares in the DE corporation?

What shares? all shares left in the de corp, or all shares left of h-j-oe they didn't turn in?

Tentatively yes. In any exchange, there are dissenter's rights, and some investors may choose not to be part of the exchange.

Kind of strange that veal is calling long time shareholders investors in this new corp. If I'm a long shareholder transferring all my shares to the DE corp because I have no choice, I'm not an investor am I.Here's another scenerio veal doesn't mention, but could be what he's going to do. veal: "you have the right (lmao) but not the obligation to transfer your colorado h-j-oe shares to our new shiny non company at a transfer rate of 5000 hjoe shares for one de corp share. At such a date any remaining h-j-oe shares will be deemed null and void and worthless as the company will cancel that class of share. Thank you for your 'investment' in our yet to be named ico scheme. CEO matt veal"

See, it's not a reverse split, it's a transfer. And the private company can do whatever they want with shares.
