I prefer a RS. I bought in here knowing one could be coming. When you have this high of a outstanding share count, RS is only real option. You can increase AS but that would cause same panic.

As for your question on buying, always find your own spots bro. If RS does not happen, price cannot go any lower. If RS happens, price can drop further. RS gives favorable conditions here for the new company and shareholders tho.
