Mr Strykerd asked; I mined on the plus one app for five days on my laptop, so far have not seen anything in my wallet.

I have the same question, Will the wallet up date the amount of coins as they are mined or is there a way to refresh display?

My experiences mining with the plus one app is that it can run a long time without updating any coin values. It is because of the way it mines the blockchain, it requires having to wait for it to complete a long process.

For more immediate results you can measure please consider Pooled Mining on the HappyPool website. It has some advanced setup but it allows the miner to gain parts of coins based on work incrementally.

Check this HappyPool install and setup document out I wrote. This is a complex system with a lot of moving parts, perhaps showing how I installed it may clear up a lot of questions thanks!

Note each user should create their own account login names, passwords, addresses etc not use the one in the document literally. It is just an example. I am not mining with the example account documented. If someone tried use it and then to cash out coins as it is setup, the coins would go to my wallet currently. People need to setup their own unique accounts.
