The appeals court judges are all progressive Democrats in bed with the big tech companies who rule the economy. Their belief is that the common good the big tech companies produce in economic growth outweigh individual investors patent property rights so they should be able to take what they need. That is why all the big tech compnies support Democrats big time. They will simply find what ever justification that can to get rid of them as they have with PTSC. The district court judges know if they ever want to get promoted to the Supreme Court by the Democrats that will control US politics for 100 years after Trump is gone (due to open borders and demographic shifts to socialistic policies) they better play ball and they will. This case is easy for them. They will sink PTSCs appeal, which has to be heard legally, in a HEART BEAT. They already said as much when they modified the district courts claims construction in the quote from their ruling I listed above! WAKE UP .006c is a GIFT! SELL NOW! In my opinion.
