These are some of the O'Leary comments that are completely fabricated.

"The federal government will not confirm any companies that have been selected, but Scottsdale, Arizona-based DarkPulse Technologies says it is one of the businesses picked to work on the prototypes.

DarkPulse CEO Dennis O’Leary said it has begun work on a more detailed proposal that includes pricing, more details on its designs and subcontracting plans. His design, shared with the San Diego Union-Tribune in April, features a wall made of ballistic concrete that can withstand more than 12 hours of tampering and has sensors to alert Border Protection of any tunneling."

From October 20, 2017:

"Here's a rundown of companies building prototypes, their headquarters and value of their contract. Two are making one concrete prototype and another using other materials.

CADELL CONSTRUCTION CO., Montgomery, Alabama. ($344,000 for concrete wall, $320,000 for other wall)"

"W.G. YATES & SONS CONSTRUCTION CO., Philadelphia, Mississippi. ($453,548 for concrete wall, $458,103 for other wall)"

"FISHER SAND & GRAVEL CO., Tempe, Arizona. ($365,000 contract)"

"TEXAS STERLING CONSTRUCTION CO., Houston. ($470,000 contract)

"Two companies were selected to build walls made of materials other than concrete.

KWR CONSTRUCTION INC., Sierra Vista, Arizona. ($486,411 contract)"

"ELTA NORTH AMERICA INC., Annapolis Junction, Maryland. ($406,319 contract)"

DarkPulse is missing in action - O'Leary/DarkPulse wasn't awarded a contract.
