No, it's all part of the perpetual paper printing agenda. It's the 3rd RS and zero accomplishments since inception. The run up leading to RS announcement was orchestrated to print as much paper as possible prior to the RS, thank the cheerleaders for that one...but, the filing was activated Thursday, they just didn't post until half way thru Friday. But, surprised they posted prior to close to be honest, allow people to exit rather than wake up to shock Monday. Which, many will. I anticipate massive drops and more paper printing, the AS will not adjust, typical,wash, rinse, repeat scam.
