I'm not so sure, he's got his hands full with PXRB who, last I heard, has it's hands full with the SEC and plenty of lawsuits. Even his good friend Langer has removed himself from the PXRB scientific advisory board.

If FR does show up/publish some kind of wacky offer for NVIV, I am confident NVIV will do what they have done in the past since FR was ousted, essentially ignore him and move on.
