I reviewed the ESTRADA presentation this morning, and I have to say that I am wholeheartedly WITH you on this nitpick issue, Jazz.

First of all, I REALLY LIKE what I see in the presentation. Moreover, it actually is VERY well put-together, IMO. And it delivers the message well - the message that apparently some can't seem to even get past misspelled words to take a first glimpse of (anyone know what OCD is?).

Second, everyone - including investors and, yes, even penny stock flippers - demands faster and faster execution (using less and less resources) with less and less attention to extraneous details and more and more focus on actual results. Show me the money, give me meat. I excuse Jan if he's not overly cautious about sending out a press release that might have a spelling error because he forgot to use spell-check or he made a last minute addition or change and did it wrong, being in a hurry and surely with many other things on his mind. And I sure don't expect him to micro-manage the composition of a presentation from another company so that he can provide a view of this company to his shareholders. It seems very likely to me that he asked them to make it for us (shareholders), or at least to translate it - there was no need for them to do an original/first presentation to Jan with and English version, as Jan's fluent in Spanish and he lives in Ensenada pretty much full-time, probably speaks English only when he's talking to foreigners in a restaurant, other than on the phone to someone in the U.S. And there probably WAS a revision or two already made before publishing on the website. Once it's good enough... it's good enough. Move on. Jan's got a lot of other work to do, as well.

Third... get with the program, folks. This is the new age. I mean, it HAS been - since the internet and social media and massive multiplayer online gaming and smart phones and apps and auto-correct text messaging began training millennials well over a decade ago. The days of being graded on handwriting neatness and the ability to do math with a sliderule - even the ability to spell or speak with "proper" grammer or to do ANYTHING without a computer or calculator - are looooong gooone! Millennials have gotten a bad rap - mostly due to their bad-acting helicopter parents, IMO - but the fact is that these folks are now our new, young warriors who are expanding the economies and markets around the globe. Gen-Xer's are already eyeing early retirements.

Finally, for DECADES most of the world has been dealing with OUR "funny" translations from OUR "funny" language to theirs... and NOW you're finally getting a glimpse of the other side?? lol

Check out that group photo. LOOK at those young warriors! And then think about the real message that comes from the company presentation:

- Depth of Capability: full-scale start to finish capabilities from concept drawings to final construction - which is EXACTLY what we need/want

- Broad Capability: a wide range of "scope" of projects, everything from SF homes to retails shops to hotels to marinas... to a freaking LIGHTHOUSE and a mobile aquatic observatory - which is EXACTLY what we need/want

- Aggressive and Ambitious: that they actually DID execute over a wide range of "scope" of projects (not just capable) - which is EXACTLY what we need/want

- Focus on RESULTS: again, they DID these projects... many look DONE, some look to be in final stages... AND, a very well composed presentation that delivers the message with excellent images and organization (and could give two shits if someone is going to nitpick at some spelling or grammar translation issues, or whether the file was optimized for best pixel resolution with the smallest number of bytes, or whether it's going to display perfectly on an iPhone or an iPad or if it's simply best-viewed on a large LCD monitor - which is EXACTLY what we need/want

I'm not picking on anyone here (just maybe a touch of sarcasm), I know it's easy to get caught up in the details sometimes - especially when something just freakishly turns into the topic of the day.

Check this out when you get a chance.

Looks like it's a bit outdated, but many of the same pics in the timeline. Hopefully nothing misspelled here (lol), but maybe best to open in Chrome where you can do an easy translation of the whole site. Of course, FB does help with translation.

Looks like this is "the Team" in 2016:
