So... you think it's far-fetched when I assume that Garrett, who is CFO of a big investment bank (whatever) in the US, who was also the only person able to put up 2M collateral shares (who else would be that crazy), who himself admitted that he has a business relationship with the company, would be involved with the US loan somehow?

When ECAB did the convertible bond, I said, these shareholders are not necessarily your friend. It depends. Same applies to Garrett. But I think that FD has proven that he can work on behalf of the shareholders. And Garrett still has to produce a result.
