Well this is quite an interesting read..thanks for posting this! I think this article is absolutely correct. I don’t think we’ll see these stocks plummet but continue to rise now in anticipation of legalization across the US. If not then at least some sort of resolution to protect states that have legalized it. Like I stated before, Congress would never allow the DOJ or Sessions to crack down on these states. States have more power than the federal government when it comes to their residents. So I think Sessions did this to start a commotion in Congress and across the nation to finally get a clear answer from the federal govt on the issue. Trump will most likely say it’s up to the states as he did before. If he doesn’t, then his approval rating plummets even more and he’ll have a tough time with top republicans as well.
