some simple math tells you that 1.3 billions shares at this price is a little more than $2 million dollars, out of the $5M of the finance agreement, and is only the beginning. there are many, many more share coming as jf uses every cent of this deal. also it is not a line of credit, as this would imply some type of loan which there is not. this is the the epitome of a cash for discounted shares dilution scheme.
