No problem....pure speculation...

But the ROCKIT trademark could have something to do with the China E-Cig company that manufactuers and sells the product under the "ROCKIT" brandings..

The company has numerous China connections and openly stated in 10K that they want to continue to penetrate the Chineese market.

Of course it could have NOTHING to do with this...but until we hear from the company just attempting to take educated guesses on what's going on.
