That was stated by the interim CEO, who is now just the CFO once again. The new CEO is under no obligation to honor that promise. For that matter, neither was Teresa when she was acting as CEO. I tried to explain that nothing was written in stone as far as the "No R/S" statement was concerned.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
