The Company is in the process of certifying its CLOUDCRYPT, Payment-Engine, PaymentSandBox and Paysperity applications by its Payment Card Industry (PCI) Auditor-Dara Security. Dara Security is certified as a Payment Card Industry Qualified Security Assessor (PCI QSA), Payment Application Qualified Assessor (PA-QSA) and Point-to-Point Encryption (P2PE) organization. The Company has combined CLOUDECRYPT with Open4Biz (cloud business management application) and Payment-Engine (cloud-based retail and e-commerce platform), which support the card payment chip and pin security known as Europay, MasterCard and Visa (EMV)) (EMV ready). This combination has resulted in its EMV merchant migration program called EMV Launchpad.
The Company's Payment-Engine is a solution that the Company can brand and enable an acquirer or payment service provider to utilize the EMV ready platform. Payment-Engine includes a virtual terminal, hosted payment pages, e-mail invoicing and shopping cart integration tools. It comes with over 25 power packed modules to enable businesses to manage information, including lead automation, sales management and automation, accounting for revenue, purchases and inventory management, as well as module to manage human resources, such as expense reports, time sheets and fleet management. PaymentSandBox is the EMV Ready solution packaged for developers providing device software development kits to integrate. Paysperity bundles solutions together into a package that is ready for sale by an independent sales organization or merchant service provider.
