Yes, the status is inactive, but that makes sense they have not conducted any business in a few years and saves on paper work.
I own a S corp in NYS myself and went to inactive/dormant status for a couple years , then re activated and got the business going the next day.
My CPA filled out the form and back in biz.
It would seem the company intends on conducting business , as they filled all necessary paperwork with pink sheets, keep an eye on the Corp status, updates on PinkSheets.
The filings were all the same as they have had no business to report, so no concerns on that issue.
Thursday WMAC had $296,000 in dollar volume, yesterday it was around $182,000. in volume.
Dollar volume and liquidity gets eyeballs on this and speculators like myself.
Lets hope we get another filing, or news next week from the company detailing their intent and an update on the AS and float.
NYS database has them at 510 million total, so we know it can not be higher, as to the tiny float at what 20 million? If that number is verified or even goes up a tad we are golden.
This story is not over, it has not even started, we are in on the cheap, I lowered my average with yesterdays expected sell off.
