Back in 2012 - I, in a way, "MINED" the real estate, and carved it out, and then let it go.....you know, maybe letting it go was a good thing, because it allowed them to come in and buy that space of property. Am I a genius for having thought of this website FIRST?

That was on September 18, 2012. I still work at home. Just looking out my window, dreaming about a GOOD SHELL being taken over by a BILLION DOLLAR AFRICAN POWER COMPANY. I mean, how lucky was I to have formed this....so that THEY could have it. And so, they turned my website into this:

Now, I have stated that I am a lucky person. Well, ACCR is the first 4 letters of the Capital of GHANA, ACCRa. This Florida corporation is located at http://www.sunbiz.org . I cleaned up this shell back in 2012, and chatted with the SEC, and a super 10K will bring this shell back to fully SEC reporting status. This will not cost them much money, compared to the alternative Investment Bankers of Goldman or Morgan. They would charge maybe 15%. So, I am proposing a mere and modest 10-1 reverse split.

That will get the shell to a 2.98% representation of the 500MILLION AS, which is like I said a FINDERs FEE. From there, we let the attorneys wrap up the shell, bring in a new CEO interim if that is what you want, and let's SELL THIS CORPORATION.
