As some here recall $TVOG brought up becoming current again in Canada.

Here is a recap:

Upon the Form 10 filing to the SEC which includes audited financials. $TVOG is able to submit a letter to the Canadian regulators to inform them they are not in default and do not have an obligation to them anymore. Upon that review and payment they will remove the CTO.
