Have you considered the vote of Gilead's Board of Directors as well as the vote for Roche, Novartis, Merck, and other Board of Directors that may not like what you suggest and ultimately.....a bid for the entire company such as Gilead or even Avid Bioservices would indeed need all shareholders to vote.

Very simple an open interest bid is made public and a company has fiduciary Duties, but it seems you do not believe overseas monies are allowed to come back into US and join in on such festivities of outbidding another such as Gilead and Avid Bioservices

A ship can be built for 20 years but if not a private builder company of sorts.....no breadcrumbs deal will be happening
