I thought that was why they stole 53% of Northern Vines from ATTBS ....They have a license to SELL and TEST ...It took ATTBF a few years to get their LICENSE ...But I believe they are trying to advance licenses @ a faster pace now because of the large backlog of applications ....EMHTF should just buy ATTBF with a cash and stock offering
