To be honest I only started following EVIO in December when AIMH put out their officers and disclosures and I noticed we had a new accountant and I did a google search and realized Mr Carnell was the CFO... They were around .55-.70 cents. Then I saw there was a 8k naming him cfo late 2016.

He specializes in Mergers and Acquisitions and we are listed as his only public client. That is all the bread crumbs I have so there is certainly no guarantee we are moving into MJ but why on earth would he be CFO of a now $1.70 company where they just brought on someone from Pfizer and then randomly take us on as a client.

My only thought is we are about to merge with another Private MJ company that he must know from either being a client of EVIO's or knowing from his private business.

Or it's just a complete coincidence he is our Accountant and in Penny Land I find it hard to believe in coincidences.

I hope we all make it big here and we see something soon. 1 other thing I find interesting was it wasn't until the last week of December was his company updated to AIMH otc markets. So to me that means they are in the final stages and tidying everything up cause they weren't on there for like 3+ weeks I think after disclosures were updated to otc markets.

Pretty exciting times.
